SPRING IS HERE | DAY 5 OF 90

Spring is in full swing in the Pacific Northwest. Flowers are blooming, bumble bees are busy buzzing around, and daylight is staying around until well past 8:30 pm. Normally, we would be heading down to Cannon Beach for a weekend or going up to Port Townsend for a day trip. However, during this year’s COVID-19 crisis, we are not able to do any of that.

What outdoor activities can help you get fit during COVID-19 crisis?

Here is a short list of outdoor activities you can do alone or with family members or a partner that lives in the same household as you while still keeping a safe social distance with others:

  • Walking
  • Hiking
  • Running (I am not a fan)
  • Biking
  • Gardening
  • Golfing (I am not very good at it)
  • Playing Tennis
  • Playing Badminton

Many parks are open now in a lot of states. So, what are we waiting for? I am certainly going to close my laptop for a few hours and head out for some sun and fresh air right now. I hope you all will have a great Friday night as well. Cheers!
